After you have started an import run, you should check the result in the run history to to ensure that your data was imported correctly.

Viewing the run history

1. Open the relevant import under Data » Import.

2. Switch to the Status tab.
3. Navigate to the Run history section.

4. Check which status is displayed for the import run:

   • Completed: The import was completed without errors.

   • Completed with errors: Some rows could not be imported due to errors.

   • Failed: The run could not be finished due to a critical error.

5. Click on the small arrow at the beginning of the row to open the process notifications. If any errors occurred during the import run, then they will be displayed here.
