In order to tell PlentyONE which information from your import file should be imported into which fields of your system, you need to configure a mapping set.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Navigate to Data » Import and open your desired import.

2. Switch to the Mapping tab.

3. Click on Create mapping, enter a name and click Save.

4. Click on the newly created set to open the Map fields menu.

5. Click Add mapping and select a mapping type (e.g. Column in file).

6. On the left, select the source column from your file, and on the right select the corresponding target field in PlentyONE.

7. Repeat this for all required fields and finally click Save.

Important: An import can only be executed if at least one mapping set is active. Make sure that you assign identifiers (e.g. the variant ID) so that the system can clearly identify data records.
