If you want to transfer your item or order data into your PlentyONE system, you can do so using the guided setup in the import tool.

Step-by-step instructions

1. In your PlentyONE system, navigate to: Data » Import.

2. In the overview, click on Create import.

3. The wizard will now guide you through three steps:

   • Step 1 (Connect file): Give the import a name, select the appropriate import type (e.g. items or orders) and the data source (e.g. CSV upload, FTP or HTTPS).

   • Step 2 (File configuration): Check the table configuration (delimiter, header row) and use the table preview to ensure that the data is recognised correctly.

   • Step 3 (Import options): Decide whether you want to add only new data, update existing data, or both.

4. Finally, click on CREATE IMPORT.

Note: After an import is created it cannot yet be executed. You must first create a mapping set so that the system knows which file column belongs to which field in your system.
