To actually transmit your feedback entered in the ticket in PlentyONE to eBay, you need an event action that executes the plugin Respond to eBay Review.
Step-by-step guide for the event action:
Open the menu Setup » CRM » Ticket Setup » Events.
Click on Add Event Action.
Enter a name for the event action (e.g. "Respond to eBay Feedback").
Select an Event from the dropdown list, for example New Message from Employee.
Save ($\square$) the settings.
Click on Add Filter and select the desired filters to limit the action to eBay feedback tickets (e.g. filter by the ticket type selected in the feedback import).
Click on Add Action.
Add the action Plugins > Respond to eBay Review.
Tick the box for Active.
Save the settings.
