Manually retrieving orders may be necessary if automatic synchronization is disabled or to catch up on orders from a period when your eBay token had expired.

Here is how to manually retrieve orders:

1. Open the menu: Setup » Markets » eBay » Data Exchange.

2. Select the Orders tab.

3. Select the desired country from the Platform dropdown list.

4. Choose the period under from … and to … for which you want to import orders.

5. Click on Retrieve Orders.

→ The orders from the selected period will now be imported into your PlentyONE system.
