The default setting at eBay causes the field for the phone number to often be passed to PlentyONE as "Invalid Request".

Solution:

You need to activate the corresponding setting in your eBay account yourself:

1. Log in to eBay.

2. Navigate to Account Settings » Settings » Shipping Settings.

3. Activate the option A phone number is required for shipping.
