To automatically transmit your decisions regarding purchase cancellation requests (accept or reject) to eBay, you need to set up two specific event actions. These actions are triggered as soon as you change the order status in PlentyONE.
1. Event action for accept (eBay purchase cancellation accept)
This action informs eBay that you agree to a purchase cancellation as soon as the order is moved to the corresponding status.

3. Set up event actions
Open the menu: Setup » Orders » Events.
Click on Add event action.
Enter a unique name (e.g.
eBay purchase cancellation accept).Select the event (e.g.
Order change: status change) according to the table.Save the settings.
Apply the filters and the action according to the respective table.
Activate the setting Active.
Save the settings.
