To automatically process purchase cancellation requests made by your customers on eBay in PlentyONE, you need to activate the import. Important: You must first have set and linked the order statuses for purchase cancellations before activating the import (see separate article).

Here’s how to activate the automatic import:

1. Open the menu: Setup » Markets » eBay » Settings.

2. Switch to the tab Account Settings.

3. For the setting Retrieve eBay Purchase Cancellations, select the option Yes.

4. Save ($\text{\checkmark}$) the settings.

→ The requests will now be imported automatically and will receive the PlentyONE status you have set for eBay purchase cancellation requested.
