You can set up an event action to automatically send an email when a new order from eBay is created. Please note that this method is considered deprecated.

Set up event action

1. Open the menu Setup » Orders » Events.
2. Click on Add event action (+).
   • The window Create new event action will open.
3. Enter a unique name for the event action.
4. Select New order as the event.
5. Save ($\text{Save}$) the settings.
6. Make the following additional settings:
   • Filter 1:
     • Order > Origin 
     • eBay 
   • Action:
     • Customer > Send email 
     • Select the previously created email template for eBay.
7. Activate the setting Active (Toggle).
8. Save the settings.
