You can set up an event action to automatically leave reviews for your buyers on eBay. Please note that this method is considered deprecated.

Set up event action

1. Open the menu Setup » Orders » Events.
2. Click on Add event action (+).
   • The window Create new event action will open.
3. Enter a unique name for the event action.
4. Select the option Order change: goods issue posted as the event.
5. Save the settings.
6. Make the following additional settings:
   • Filter 1:
     • Order > Origin
     • eBay
   • Action:
     • Market listings > Leave review for eBay
7. Activate the setting Active (toggle).
8. Save the settings.
