To import and process eBay returns in PlentyONE, you need to link the return statuses used by eBay with the order statuses you have created in PlentyONE.

Linking return statuses

1. Open the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Settings » Tab: Return Settings.
2. Open the tab Return Status Links.
3. Select a suitable return status from the dropdown lists for each eBay return status.
   • Tip: You can choose an existing status or create your own status that fits your workflow.
4. Save (💾) the settings.
