To process eBay returns via PlentyONE and ensure automatic data exchange, you need to link the eBay return reasons with the reasons you have created in PlentyONE. The linking is done in the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Settings » Tab: Return Settings. The return reasons are automatically assigned when importing a return.

Linking return reasons

1. Open the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Settings » Tab: Return Settings.
2. Open the tab Return Reason Links.
3. Open the tab of the eBay platform for which you want to make the link (for example Germany).
4. For each eBay return reason, select a suitable return reason from the dropdown lists that you have created in the menu Setup » Orders » Order Types » Return.
5. Save (💾) the settings.

Repeat the process for all other eBay platforms on which you offer items.
