How do I activate automatic price matching and manage eBay messages in PlentyONE?

You can set the price matching as well as the retrieval of messages in the account settings.

Price Matching

Hourly (with description): Price and description changes are automatically matched hourly.

Hourly (without description): Price changes are automatically matched hourly.

No: No automatic price matching.

Price Matching for Special Offers

Yes: Price matching is performed for special offers. The special offers will be ended on eBay.

No: Special offers are not considered during price matching.

Setting	Retrieval Interval/Explanation
Automatically retrieve messages	`Yes`: `eBay` messages are automatically retrieved every hour and can be read under `CRM » Messenger`.
Mark messages as read	`Yes`: Messages are marked as read on `eBay` after retrieval. Messages already marked as read will not be imported during the next retrieval.
Message type / message status	Select the `message type` and the `message status` to be used for the imported `eBay` messages.
