How do I set up the automatic retrieval of orders, returns, and purchase cancellations for eBay accounts?

In the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Settings » Tab: Account Settings you can specify which eBay data should be automatically retrieved in PlentyONE.

Settings for Retrieval

Setting	Retrieval Interval/Explanation
Retrieve orders	`Retrieve sales from all countries via eBay`: Automatic and hourly synchronisation with all active listings. `Do not retrieve sales`: No synchronisation with active listings and no manual retrieval possible.
Retrieve eBay returns	`Yes`: Activates the `eBay returns process` in `PlentyONE`. New returns are imported every 20 minutes. `No`: Returns are not imported and must be processed on `eBay`.
Retrieve eBay purchase cancellations	`Yes`: `eBay purchase cancellations` are retrieved and updated every 15 minutes.
Update eBay return status	Specify whether the return status should be updated in `In return order`, `In credit note`, or both when the status changes on `eBay`. The statuses are updated once per hour.
Automatic payment booking in credit note upon refund	Select `Yes` so that when a refund of an `eBay Payments` order is successful, a payment of the type `Credit note` is automatically booked to the order.
Order status for orders with failed refund	Define the status to which orders are moved if a refund via the event action `Initiate eBay refund` could not be performed.
