The order origin is necessary to ensure that orders are assigned to the correct sales channel. It indicates on which sales channel (such as your online shop or marketplaces) an order was created.
To activate the order origin for OTTO Market, proceed as follows:
Activating the order origin for OTTO Market
- Open the menu:
Setup » Orders » Order Origin. - Click on Search (
search). - Navigate in the displayed list to the option OTTO Market with the ID 160.1.
- Click on the right in the row of the origin on Edit (
edit).- The window Change Origin will open.
- Activate the option Visible in Selection (
toggle_on). - Click on Save (
save).- The origin is now activated.
