In the Data Exchange step of the Basic Settings - OTTO Market assistant, you determine which data should be exchanged between PlentyONE and OTTO Market and how to handle returns as well as stock quantities when stock is zero.

Data Exchange Settings

• Do you want to import OTTO Market orders into PlentyONE?
  • Activate this option to import orders automatically once per hour.
  • Note: Item data and stock information can only be transferred if this option is activated.
• Which data do you want to transfer to OTTO Market? (Only displayed if orders are imported)
  • Item data: Item data is synchronised once daily at night.
  • Stock information: Stock is synchronised every 15 minutes.
• Do you want to import purchase documents as external invoices?
  • By default, purchase documents are imported as normal order documents.
  • If you activate this option, purchase documents will instead be imported with the document type External Invoice.
  • Important: If the option is not activated, the invoice number will not be displayed in the order overview and is not included in the financial accounting export.

Returns Import and Status

• Do you want to import return registrations from OTTO Market into PlentyONE?
  • Activate this option to import returns created by customers once hourly. Each returned order item is shown as a single return on the original order.
• Which order status should return registrations receive upon import?
  • Select from the dropdown list the status to be assigned to return registrations.
  • Note: Choose a status where no unwanted event actions (e.g. for generating credit notes) are triggered, as a registration does not guarantee that the return will actually be sent.

Replace Stock Quantity

• Do you want to replace the stock quantity for variants without stock restriction?
  • Activate Replace Stock Quantity to enter a fixed stock quantity.
• Stock Quantity: (Only displayed if Replace Stock Quantity is activated)
  • Enter the stock quantity. This quantity will be transferred to OTTO if the setting Restriction for a variant is set to None or Do not keep stock for this variant and the current stock is less than or equal to 0.
