The setup of OTTO Market in PlentyONE as well as the basic settings for data transfer are done via the assistant Basic Settings - OTTO Market. Have the API access data ready, which you received from OTTO Market.

Set up account – step-by-step instructions

1. Go to: Setup » Assistants » Omni-Channel.
2. Click on the assistant Basic Settings - OTTO Market.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step: Settings

• Under which client do you want to sell your items?
  • Select the client from the dropdown list. This client is used for generating the item URL in the catalogue, and OTTO Market orders are assigned to this client.
  • Note: In PlentyONE you can link only one OTTO Market user account and sell items only via one client.
• Do you want to activate your OTTO Market user account?
  • Deactivated (check_box_outline_blank): The settings are saved, but the data exchange with OTTO Market is not yet started.
  • Activated (check_box): The data exchange with OTTO Market is started after completing the assistant.
  • Recommendation: Activate the user account only after you have checked all settings.

Step: Allow access to OTTO Market

• What are the API access data?
  • API user (mandatory): Enter the username for the API interface that you received from OTTO Market.
  • Password (mandatory): Enter the password for the API interface that you received from OTTO Market.

Complete the assistant

• Check your settings in the step Summary. You can view the settings by clicking on the arrow.
• Tip: You can run through the assistant again at any time to update settings.
