You need to activate the order source for Shopify in your PlentyONE system to ensure that all imported orders are automatically assigned to the correct sales channel. This is important for your reports and further order processing.

1. Open the PlentyONE menu Setup > Orders > Order Source.
2. Click on Search to display the list of all sources.
3. Find the entry Shopify in the list and click on the Edit icon in this row.
