    Since 12 May 2026, Decathlon has been gradually introducing a new category structure organised by product type. As part of this change, existing categories are being renamed and restructured.The existing categories will remain available for the time being. However, for the Apparel & Shoes section, Decathlon is already introducing new categories with their own category IDs.   • Amazon | Fix: Orders with free shipping imported with shipping costs

    Between 22 May and 2 June 2026, some Amazon orders for offers with free shipping were incorrectly imported into PlentyONE with shipping costs.The issue was caused by an error in the shipping cost processing. In certain cases, a shipping cost value of 0.00 Euro was not recognised correctly and the default shipping cost configuration was applied instead.The issue has been resolved. Orders with free shipping are now imported correctly again.In addition, a migration is planned for 8 June 2026 to automatically correct the affected orders in PlentyONE.   • New: PlentyONE Shop Version 2.32.0 Available

    Version 2.32.0 of PlentyONE Shop is now available.The update includes a new caching layer to improve performance as well as adjustments in the shop editor. Markup caching improves the loading time of the shop for the homepage as well as category and item pages. Cached pages are usually loaded in under 100 milliseconds. The caching will be enabled by default for every PlentyONE Shop from version 2.32.0 starting 8 June 2026. Agencies have to update their themes to benefit from the caching. In the editor, the rich text editor now includes an option to set the rel attribute when inserting links. Among other things, this attribute influences the crawling of the page by search engines. The design of the table of contents in the editor has been revised to allow quicker access to blocks on the current page. Agencies can find information about further changes and resolved issues on GitHub.

    On March 20 2026, the following issues were identified in PlentyONE:Newly created catalogues would not appear in the catalogue overview.A number of marketplace data exchange operations that should have been run hourly were being blocked.The cause of these issues was identified and a hotfix was deployed on March 22 2026 at 2:00AM.
