Shops now support the EU Directive 2025/1960. This is the so-called harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity and the harmonised label for the commercial guarantee of durability.

The directive applies from 27 September 2026.

The harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity is available in the following areas:

• Shop checkout
• Attachment to the order confirmation

The harmonised label for the commercial guarantee of durability is available in the following areas:

• Relevant data about the model, manufacturer and manufacturer’s guarantee are maintained on the variation
• Single item page, cart and checkout in the shop
• Attachment to the order confirmation

Display in the shop is supported from the following versions:

• plentyShop LTS from version 5.0.83
• PlentyONE Shop from version 2.0.44
