  • Where can I see the status of my invitation?

    If an invitation has been sent but not yet accepted, the invitation status in the system will be shown as not confirmed (Grey).If the invitation is accepted, the invitation status in the system will be shown as confirmed (Green).If an invitation is not accepted after 2 weeks, the invitation status will be shown as expired (Red) in the system.

  • What should be considered when using Central Login with an email address?

     The invited email address must match the plentysystems account address exactly, including upper and lower case letters.If you want to change the email address of your PlentyONE account, go to your PlentyONE account settings and make the adjustment there. If an incorrect email address was used for the invitation, create a ticket. We will manually reset the invitation status.

  • What requirements must my password meet?

    A password must:Be at least 8 characters long.Contain at least 1 number, 1 special character, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lowercase letter.Passwords can be changed in the backend under System > Account Management > Accounts or directly in your PlentyONE account.

  • Which characters are allowed in the username?

    The following characters are permitted in the new login:Letters (a-z, A-Z)Digits (0-9)Full stop (.)Hyphen (-)Underscore (_)Spaces as well as special characters (other than those mentioned above), umlauts (ä, ö, ü) and the Eszett (ß) are not permitted. Admins can edit usernames in the backend under Account Management > Accounts.
