The invited email address must match the plentysystems account address exactly, including upper and lower case letters.

If you want to change the email address of your PlentyONE account, go to your PlentyONE account settings and make the adjustment there. 

If an incorrect email address was used for the invitation, create a ticket. We will manually reset the invitation status.
