Under Setup » Account Management » Accounts you will find an overview of all users in your PlentyONE system. There you can also view the invitation status, which shows you whether a user has already been invited to log in via account.plentysystems.com.

If the column Invitation Status is not displayed, you can add it using the cogwheel icon and customise the column arrangement individually.

• Meaning of the invitation status:

  🟢 Invited & accepted: The user has accepted the invitation and can log in with their email address or credentials via account.plentysystems.com.

  🔘 Invitation pending: An invitation has been sent but not yet accepted. The invitation is valid for 2 weeks.

  🔴 Invitation expired: The invitation sent was not accepted and has expired. You can send a new invitation using the “Invite user again” function.

  ⚪ No status: The user has never been invited and has not yet logged in via the centralised login. As soon as they log in for the first time with their credentials via account.plentysystems.com, they will be able to log in using this login in the future as well.
