The role is missing the read permission for the advanced document settings. Since 24.06.2026, this permission is no longer required to create the packing list via the bulk function.

How to recognise the problem

• The message Missing permission for documents appears.

How to fix the problem

1. Open Setup » Account management » Roles and select the role.
2. Switch to the advanced mode and activate Documents » Settings (Read).
3. Save the settings and ask the affected users to log in again.
