Main causes
When this message appears, the following reasons usually apply:
- Filters do not match: The filter settings of your active document templates (e.g. in the
order settingsof the template) do not match the data of the order. The system cannot find a template whose conditions (e.g. delivery country, customer group) are met. - Fallback disabled: The default templates that are intended to serve as "fallback" if no specific template applies are disabled in your system.
What you can do
- Check filters: Check the
order settingsof your document templates to ensure they are configured for orders like the affected one. Sometimes it helps to combine templates (e.g. gross/net in one template) to reduce the number of filters. - Activate fallback: Make sure that the fallback templates are activated if you want to guarantee that a document is always generated.
