You can activate the standard document templates (fallback) to ensure that a document is generated even if none of your specifically configured templates in the Documentbuilder match.

Instructions for activation

1. Navigate in your system to Setup » Documents » Settings.
2. Search in the settings for the fallback templates (standard templates).
3. Activate the desired templates there so that the system can revert to these.
