For an offer to be automatically removed from Kaufland, the order source Kaufland must first be removed from the variant before the variant is deactivated or deleted in PlentyONE.
Cause of the problem
If a variant is deactivated or deleted directly in PlentyONE, the automatic hourly deletion cron can no longer process the assignment to the marketplace. As a result, the deletion command is not transmitted to Kaufland, and the offer remains on the marketplace as well as in the export catalogs.
Step-by-step guide to troubleshooting
Navigate in your
PlentyONEsystem to:Items » Edit Item.Open the affected variant.
Remove the assigned order source (e.g.
KauflandorKaufland DE) in the Availability section.Save the variant.
Wait for the hourly system cron, which will automatically remove the offer from Kaufland.
Note: If the variant has already been deleted or deactivated in
PlentyONEbefore the source was removed, the automatic synchronisation can no longer detect the offer. In this case, the offer must be deleted manually in the Kaufland seller backend.
