The error message indicates that a catalogue is active which is based on an invalid or inactive Kaufland configuration (Kaufland account ID). You can find the Kaufland account IDs under Setup > Settings > Markets > Kaufland > Settings > Overview.Therefore, check your catalogues and make sure they have the correct Kaufland account assigned. You can check this in the catalogue under Settings > Kaufland Settings > Kaufland Account.To save the catalogue with the correct account, you must recreate it in the Kaufland catalogue assistant.Attention! Do not use the catalogue with an invalid Kaufland account ID as a basis for other catalogues (copying). When you use the copy function, you also adopt the account ID.

The error message indicates a value that is not passed as a number (integer). Kaufland expects a sequence of numbers here, not letters.Example: image625×541 57.1 KB For example, here the warehouse ID was passed incorrectly. The data corresponds to the warehouse ID from the catalogue of the variant ID, but in the catalogue, the value "true" was stored as a separate entry.

This message indicates that we are sending an update for a unit that no longer exists at Kaufland. For example, because it was manually deleted, or the old offer export removed it (by sending an update with stock 0). In this case, the unit ID is deleted from the database for the mentioned SKU, so that a new unit can be created in the next export (the following night).

Why do the catalogue offer data differ from those on Kaufland?

The message indicates that at the time the offer was created, no product yet existed at Kaufland.
