If the Length field is reported as missing or incorrect during the export of items to Kaufland (e.g. DECLINED / invalid_value or missing numerical value), this is usually due to a duplicate assignment of the catalogue category or an incorrect structure in the data field mapping.
Causes and Troubleshooting
Go through the following points to resolve the issue:
1. Avoid duplicate catalogue categories
Check in the menu Data » Catalogues whether the same Kaufland category (e.g. Bänder_DE) is used more than once in different catalogues.
Problem: If the same category is served in two catalogues simultaneously, conflicts can occur, causing values (such as the length specification) not to be processed correctly in the live download.
Solution: Deactivate or delete the redundant or duplicate catalogue.
2. Ensure correct mapping of the length specification
Kaufland expects a separate or structured transmission of numerical value and unit of measurement for dimensions.
Navigate to Data » Catalogues and open the active Kaufland catalogue.
Link the appropriate data field (e.g.
Length) for theLengthfield (e.g.Length Variant).Ensure that for length, width, height, and weight specifications, the unit of measurement is linked separately according to the instructions in the manual.
Once there are no longer any duplicate catalogue visibilities and the mappings are correctly stored, the value and unit will be fully exported to Kaufland again.
