If the crossed-out RRP price is missing for some products in the product overview in the webshop, this is usually due to differing minimum order quantities in the price configurations. If the sales price applies from a minimum quantity of 0, but the RRP price is only configured from a quantity of 1, the RRP will not be displayed.

Cause

The minimum order quantity is inconsistently defined in the sales price settings. If the regular sales price is set from quantity 0, but the RRP price is set from quantity 1, the system does not recognise a match for the price calculation and hides the crossed-out price.

Step-by-step guide to fix

Adjust the minimum order quantity of the RRP sales price so that the crossed-out price is displayed correctly:

1. Navigate in your PlentyONE system to: Setup » Articles » Sales Prices.

2. Open the affected RRP sales price.

3. Set the option Quantity from to the value 0.

4. Save the setting.
