You can import your existing eBay listings into PlentyONE to automatically create new article master records and listings in your system.
Important: This import will transfer all layout elements (HTML tags etc.) from the eBay description. Therefore, manual post-editing of the listings is usually required.
Step-by-step guide
Open the menu: Data » eBay Listings.
Make the following settings in the Import from eBay Listings section:

| eBay Account | Select the account you want to import from. |
| eBay Platform | Choose a specific platform or ALL. |
| Import into Directory | Select the target directory for the new items. |
| Warehouse for Inventory | Select the warehouse to which the new items should be assigned. |
| Inventory Dependency | Choose the desired inventory dependency (e.g. Limited (with reservation)). |
| Import Settings | Select the preferred import method. |
| Important options: | |
| * Import all listings (one item & one listing per eBay item number): Default if you want to create completely new items. | |
* Import only listings that can be assigned to an item... (matching by Name, Name2 or Name3): Select this if you want to use existing items. | |
| Other Settings | Activate Filter HTML (recommended) and if necessary Compare stock keeping unit (SKU) with variant number. |
Click on Sync.
→ A new section Processing Status will appear where you can track the progress (percentage completed), status (Planned/Processing/Completed) and all details of the import.
