If the correct stock is not being transferred in your listing, you can first check the stock dependency on your market listing. You will find the option directly in the listing. First click on the LID, then on "Edit listing".
If you want to refer to your net stock and work with stock automation, you always need the stock dependency "restricted (without reservation)".

Here is an overview of all stock dependencies again:

unrestricted (with reconciliation) = The maximum sellable quantity is transferred to the platform. The current stock is not taken into account. After a reconciliation with plentymarkets, the maximum sellable quantity is offered again on the platform.

restricted (with reservation) = The current stock from the warehouse is transferred. If the stock in the warehouse exceeds the maximum sellable quantity, only the quantity set in the listing is transferred. The quantity is reserved for the current listing. This quantity is no longer available for other markets.

restricted (without reservation) = The current stock from the warehouse is transferred. If the stock in the warehouse exceeds the maximum sellable quantity, only the quantity set in the listing is transferred. The quantity is not reserved for the current listing. This quantity is still available for other markets. Therefore, if the item is sold on several markets within a few minutes, overselling may occur.

unrestricted (without reconciliation) = The maximum sellable quantity is transferred to the platform. The current stock is not taken into account. After a sale, the quantity is not reconciled or replenished, but remains the same.
