Although most data is synchronised automatically, you can manually trigger various synchronisation processes for listings and account information via the Data Exchange menu.
1. Synchronising listings (GTC offers)
This is useful for retrieving GTC offers (Good 'Til Cancelled) afterwards, whose end date has changed, for example because your token had expired.
Open the menu: Setup » Markets » eBay » Data Exchange.
Select the Listing tab.
Select an Account and the option End Time or Start Time.
Select a Period from … to …
Tip: When selecting End Time, choose the day your token expired + 30 days and as the end date the day of reactivation + 30 days to import all extended listings that were extended during the inactive period.
Click Start.
2. Synchronising promotions
If the synchronisation of promotions (which you created directly via eBay) is delayed, you can manually synchronise them:
Open the menu: Setup » Markets » eBay » Data Exchange.
Select the Miscellaneous tab.
Select an Account from the dropdown list.
Click Start next to the option Synchronise promotions.
3. Synchronising shipping discounts, policies and return reasons
In the Miscellaneous tab, you will find further manual synchronisation options:
| Synchronisation target | Steps |
|---|---|
| Shipping discounts for combined payments | Select account and click Start (next to the option). |
| Policies for shipping profiles | Select account and country and click Start (next to the option). |
| Return reasons | Click Start (next to the option). |
