Even already active listings can be retroactively enabled for Click & Collect.

Update active listings using the group function

1. Open the menu: Sales Channels » Active Listings.

2. Activate the listings you want to update.

3. Click on Group Function.

4. In the section Update eBay Options, select the shipping profile linked to Click & Collect for the option Shipping Details/Custom Policies.

   • Note: For the update, the action in the group function must be set to Shipping Details/Custom Policies.

5. Click on Execute to update the listings.
