To take advantage of the eBay Plus loyalty programme, you can specify whether all new listings should be automatically activated for it, or you can manually activate/deactivate individual listings.

Note on verification: Please note that not all listings activated in PlentyONE are recognised by eBay as eBay Plus listings. It may happen that your activated listings are listed on eBay as regular eBay listings.

Activate eBay Plus for all new listings

1. Open the menu: Setup » Markets » eBay » Settings » Account settings.

2. Select the option Yes for the setting Automatically activate eBay Plus for new listings.

3. Save the settings.

Activate/deactivate eBay Plus for individual listings

You can override this setting per listing, even if the global setting is set to Yes.

1. Open the menu: Sales Channels » Edit listings.

2. Click on an eBay market listing.

3. Switch to the Marketplace tab.

4. For the setting eBay Plus, select Yes (activate) or No (deactivate).

   • The default option Default settings adopts the global setting chosen in Setup » Markets » eBay » Settings » Account settings.

5. Save the settings.
