Already active listings can be enabled for eBay Plus. Since eBay Plus only becomes active when the listing is relisted, you need to update active listings immediately using the bulk action function so that the change takes effect immediately.

Update active listings for eBay Plus using the bulk action function

1. Open the menu: Sales Channels » Active Listings.

2. Select the listings you want to update.

3. Click on Bulk Action.

4. Under Actions, choose the option None (this is required for updates).

5. In the section Update eBay options, enable the option eBay Plus.

6. Click Execute to update the listings.

Important: Updating the listings can take up to 10 minutes.

Important prerequisites

• Shipping methods: eBay Plus requires free and fast shipping. Check with eBay about the allowed shipping methods. When starting eBay Plus listings, an error message will appear if no allowed shipping method for eBay is set.
