To list items with multiple variants (combinations of attributes) in a bundled eBay listing, you need to link the PlentyONE attributes with the corresponding eBay characteristics. The variants linked to the listing are transmitted to eBay when starting, restarting, and updating.

Important note on variants For eBay listings, the variants of a listing must have uniform attributes. Listings with variants that have different attributes must not be started . eBay does not allow special characters in attribute values; these are replaced by a space or a dot during export.

Link attributes with eBay characteristics

The eBay attribute linking allows you to link each PlentyONE attribute value with an eBay attribute value (e.g. attribute Size with German and English values).

1. Open the menu: Setup » Items » Attributes.

2. Click on the desired attribute.

3. Open the tab Attribute linking.

4. Click on eBay » New eBay attribute linking in the left list. → The window New eBay attribute linking will open.

5. Select a platform.

6. Click on Search and select the desired eBay category and subcategory in the window eBay category selection. Click on Apply.

7. Save the settings. → The attribute and a dropdown list with available eBay characteristics will be displayed.

8. Select an eBay characteristic or enter your own designation . → A table with the attribute values will be displayed.

9. Select the appropriate values under eBay values.

10. Save the settings.
