Listing processes refer to all automatic operations performed for your listings, such as starting, updating, relisting and ending. The menu Sales Channels » Listing Processes is used to monitor and manage future of these processes.
Note on usage The menu
Sales Channels » Listing Processesis currently in the testing phase and cannot yet be used. The functionalities will be activated once the testing phase is completed.
Overview of listing processes (future feature)
In this menu you will receive an overview of processes that will be executed in the future. Currently, only listings that you have started individually or using the group function are shown.
Important information in the overview:
Process: The type of process (
Starting,Updating,RelistingorEnding).Status: The status of the process (
Planned,StartedorCompleted).Start date: The planned date on which the process is to start.
Created on / Completed on: Date of creation and completion of the process.
You can open the Market Listing (MLID) and the item from the overview.
Searching and filtering listing processes
Using the filters on the left side of the menu, you can narrow down the search results:
Process ID: The ID of the listing process.
Process: Filter by the type of process to be executed (
Starting,Updating,RelistingorEnding).Status: Filter by the status of the process (
Planned,StartedorCompleted).Date specification: Filter by an exact start date or a time period.
Cancel planned listing processes
You can delete planned listing processes using the group function to cancel the start of the process.
Delete listing processes using the group function:
Open the menu:
Sales Channels » Listing Processes.Activate the processes to be deleted.
Click on Open group function. → The section
Group functionwill expand.Select the action Cancel processes.
Click on Group function to delete the processes and thus cancel the start.
Important: Endless lister If you delete a listing where the option Endless lister is activated, the listing will be started again as the start is not cancelled. To delete the listing, you must first deactivate the Endless lister.
