You can edit previously selected active listings in the menu Sales Channels » Active Listings using the group function.This allows you to perform multiple actions such as starting, stopping, deleting or updating simultaneously.
Edit active listings using the group function
Open the menu:
Sales Channels » Active Listings.Activate the listings for which you want to perform an action.
Click on Group function.
Select an action from the following table:

| None | Select this if listings are to be updated.

| Start | Choose Start at the above time or Distributed over time to start the listings.
|
| Stop and delete | Stops listings on marketplaces and then removes them from the active listings.
|
| Stop and restart | Stops listings and immediately restarts them afterwards.
|
| Delete | Deletes listings only in PlentyONE. Listings are not removed from the marketplace as a result.If you do not stop them, stock will no longer be synchronised.

Update listings (eBay options)
To update listings, select the option None under Actions and then select the desired options under Update eBay options:
You can select title, subtitle, attributes, category, description, images and more.
Select quantity, price and variants to update stock levels and prices.
Note on update status
After you have started the update, you can retrieve the status in the group function window via query update status. Only updates affecting more than 10 listings will be displayed.
