You can filter listings in the menu Sales Channels » Edit Listings to quickly find specific offers, for example only listings from a particular marketplace or listings with a specific status. Without filters, all listings are displayed in the overview.
Filter by settings
The following filter elements and functions are available in the Filter tab:
| Filter setting | Explanation |

| Search / Reset | Executes the search or resets all filters. |
| ID search | Filter by market listing ID, listing ID or article ID. Multiple IDs must be separated by commas. |
| Variant no. | Placeholder search for the article number, shows listings whose article numbers start with the entered sequence of numbers. |
| Listing data | Search for terms in the title, subtitle or description of a listing. |
| Marketplace / Listing type | Select a marketplace (e.g. eBay) or a listing type (auction or fixed price). |
| Stock | Filter by stock or stock dependency of the listing. |
| Duration / Status | Filter by duration (e.g. endless (GTC)) or the current status of the listing. |
| Automation | Filter by endless lister or sales planner. |
| Others | Filter by marking 1 / 2, tags, inspection result, warehouse, layout or special promotion. |
Filter by categories
In the Category tab, select a category to display only listings containing items from the chosen category.
Remove filter: To remove the category selection, switch back to the Filter tab and deactivate the filter setting With category there.
Filter by directories
In the Directory tab, select a directory to display only listings sorted into the chosen directory.
Remove filter: To remove the directory selection, switch back to the Filter tab and deactivate the filter setting With directory there.
