The batch processing is the faster method to edit a large number of listings that can be grouped by filters (e.g. all listings from a specific manufacturer).

Performing batch processing

1. Open the menu: Sales Channels » Batch Processing » Listings.

2. Select the filters (e.g. Manufacturer, Marketplace or Directory).

3. Make the settings according to the group function (see previous article).

4. Click Execute to apply the settings to the filtered listings.

Filter options for batch processing

You can narrow down listings using a variety of filter options:

• IDs: Filter by MLID or LID.

• Article data: Filter by Article ID, Article number, Manufacturer or Availability.

• Channels: Filter by Marketplace, Platform, Account or Category 1 ID / Category 2 ID.

• Organisation: Filter by Directory, Tag 1 / 2 or Tags.
