You can edit multiple listings at once using the group function in the menu Sales Channels » Edit Listings. This is the more suitable method if the listings to be edited cannot be grouped by a filter.

Execute group function

1. Open the menu: Sales Channels » Edit Listings.

2. Select the listings to be edited.

3. Click on Group function. → The window Group function will open.

4. In the Actions section, select the desired options:

   • Start listing: Specify whether the listings should be started at one time or spread over a period.

   • Copy listing or Delete listings.

   • Adopt description from item or Adopt name from item.

5. Make the desired changes in the sections Listing settings, eBay and Market listing settings (e.g. Stock dependency, Transfer RRP, Change layout template).

6. Click on Execute to apply the settings to the selected listings.
