You manage and edit all your created listings in the overview Sales Channels » Edit Listings. Here you can open a single Market Listing (MLID) to adjust basic settings, texts, layout, and marketplace settings.
Listing Overview: Important Key Figures
The listing overview shows you the most important data of your offer at a glance:
MLID and LID: ID of the market listing and the parent listing1.
Article ID and Variant No.: Key figures of the associated article2.
Platform and Category: Marketplace and the assigned category3.
Quantity and Stock (Net): Maximum sellable quantity and net stock4.
Stock Dependency: Indicates whether the listing is bound to a stock5.
Check: Shows the result of the check of the saved settings6.
Lister: Indicates whether an endless lister is active7.
Special Promotion: Shows special promotions created for the listing8.
Edit Market Listing: Step-by-Step
Open the menu:
Sales Channels » Edit Listings9.Click on the desired Market Listing10.
→ The Market Listing will open11.
Make the settings in the following tabs and then save12:

Tab Base (Basic Settings)
Here you make marketplace- and platform-independent settings, which differ slightly depending on the listing type (fixed price/auction)13.

| Active | Activates the listing so that it can be automatically set by the sales planner or manually started via Start.14.

| Duration | Sets the duration (e.g., from 1 day to endless (GTC))15.

| Endless Lister | Enables automatic re-listing of the listing16.

| Parallel active Market Listings | Selectable (1 to 8) when the Endless Lister is active17.

| Maximum sellable quantity | The maximum number of items to be sold through this marketplace18.

Start price and Minimum price (for auctions) or Fixed price (for fixed price listings)19.

| Base price indication | Defines whether and where the base price is displayed (relevant for fixed price listings offered by weight or volume)20.

| List with all variants | Enable to list the listing with all variants (only possible on certain platforms and for certain categories)21.

| Order status | Defines with which status the sold listing should be imported22.

Tab Description and Layout
Here you define the texts and the design of the offer23.
Title and Subtitle: Can be edited differently from the article name24.
Layout template: Selection of the template that controls the design of the listing25.
Description: Text field for the listing description26. You can insert the saved article description by clicking27.
Number of images: You can upload up to 12 images.28.
Tab Marketplace (eBay Settings)
Here you make marketplace-specific settings29.
Category 1 ID and Category 2 ID: Select the eBay category(ies)30.
Condition and Condition description: Selection of the item condition (specified by eBay) and an optional description31.
Transfer RRP: Choose Yes, No or No, but display as discounted32.
Price suggestion: Enable for fixed price listings. Define Minimum price to reject and Minimum price to accept as an amount or percentage value33.
eBay Plus: Activate or deactivate eBay Plus for the listing34.
Attributes: Here you can edit attributes. The attributes saved here take precedence over the article attributes when transmitting to eBay35.
