PlentyONE offers you various options to create listings for your articles1. You can create a new listing manually via the menu Articles » Edit Articles, provided the article is fully created2.
Create Listing
Open the menu:
Articles » Edit Articles3.Click on New Listing4 in the row of the desired article.
Alternatively, you can open the article and click on New Listing in the toolbar5.
→ The New Market Listing window opens6.
Make the following settings:

| Quantity per item | Specify the quantity of articles offered in one listing. The listing price applies to the entire quantity9.

| Stock dependency | Choose how the stock should be considered for the listing10:
* unrestricted (with reconciliation): The maximum sellable quantity is transmitted; stock is ignored. After reconciliation, the maximum quantity is offered again11.
* restricted (with reservation): The current stock is transmitted. The quantity is reserved for the current listing and is not available for other markets 12.
* restricted (without reservation): The current stock is transmitted, but the quantity is not reserved and is still available for other markets, which can lead to overselling13.
* unrestricted (without reconciliation): The maximum sellable quantity is transmitted. After a sale, the quantity is neither reconciled nor replenished14.

| Link to article price | Links the price of the listing to the article price. For listing type Fixed Price, a price update on the marketplace only occurs after a manual update or a stock reconciliation15.

| Transfer as article number | Select which identifier is transferred as the article number (e.g. EAN, ISBN, UPC, MPN, GTIN)16. Select

| Listing template | Select a listing template. Alternatively, select a marketplace under Marketplaces and create the listing without a template. |
Save the settings19.
→ The listing is created and the listing overview opens20.
Add Market Listing to existing listing
If a listing already exists for an article, you can add a market listing.
Open the menu:
Sales Channels » Edit Listings.Click on the Listing ID (LID) to open a listing.
Make sure you click on the LID and not on the Market Listing ID.
Click on New Market Listing.
Select the marketplace(s).
Save the settings.
→ The market listing is created and opened.
Note: Import existing eBay listings
If you have already created listings on eBay, you can import them directly into PlentyONE. Information on this can be found in the chapter Import eBay Listings.
