The sales scheduler allows you to automatically list items on the marketplace at a specific time and automatically relist expired listings. You define time intervals in the sales scheduler so that PlentyONE can automatically start listings. You can link your listings with multiple sales schedulers.

Configure sales scheduler

1. Open the menu: Setup » Listings » Sales Scheduler.

2. Click on Create new sales scheduler.

3. Make the following settings:

   • Name: Enter a name for the sales scheduler.

   • Lister: Enable or disable listings linked to this sales scheduler.

   • Duration: Choose either Use duration from listing or set one of the available durations in days.

     • Important: If you select a duration in days here, this will always be used for the listing, even if a different duration is defined in the listing itself.

   • Start times: Define one or more start times per day.

     • Important: For technical reasons, multiple defined start times must be at least 60 minutes apart.

   • Distribution: Define the intervals at which the listings linked to this sales scheduler should be started. The number of listings to be started is divided by the set minutes.

     • Example: With a value of 120 minutes and 10 listings, one listing is started every 12 minutes.

   • Day: Select up to three days of a month on which the listings should be started.

   • Weekday: Activate the weekdays on which the listings should be started.

   • Note: You must choose either weekdays or one to three days of the month..

4. Save the settings.

How the sales scheduler works

The sales scheduler only adds a listing to the future listings if the following conditions are met:

• There is no entry for the MLID in the future listings yet.

• There is no active or hidden listing for this MLID.

Note on visibility for eBay auctions At eBay, a maximum of one auction with 0 bids can be visible. Once this auction receives a bid, another auction with 0 bids is made visible.
