A listing template serves as a pattern to efficiently reuse settings for listings and market listings as well as actions and specific options for eBay. You can use the template for any number of listings.

Creating a Listing Template

You can create a listing template via the following methods:

• Via the listing group function in the menu: Sales Channels » Edit Listings » Tab: Group Function

• Via REST

Applying a Listing Template

Applying a template can be done in various ways:

• When creating a listing: Select the option Listing Template in the New Market Listing window when you create a new listing via Open Item » New Listing.

• In the Item tab: Apply the template in the Multi-Channel tab of an item using the Listing Template option.

• Via the group functions:

  • Via the listing group function in the menu Sales Channels » Edit Listings » Group Function using the dropdown list No Template.

  • Via the item group function in the menu Items » Edit Items » Item Group Function with the option Listing Template.
