You control the currency conversion for your eBay listings centrally in the currency settings.

Activate automatic currency conversion

Activate the automatic update of conversion rates for the listings as follows:

1. Open the menu Setup » Orders » Payment » Currencies.
2. Set the option Automatically update conversion rates daily to Yes.
3. Make sure that a conversion rate is saved for all currencies you use.

Do not perform currency conversion

If no currency conversion should be performed for a listing, you must ensure that the correct sales prices are linked.

• For example, if no conversion should be made for the currency USD for a listing, the same sales price must be selected for the currency USD as for the platform eBay United States.

Storage of the original currency

When importing orders, the original currency as well as the original gross and net amount at the item line are also saved, in case the currency differs from the PlentyONE set default currency.
