The inventory automation in PlentyONE must be activated in the basic settings so that listings are managed automatically.

Activate inventory automation

1. Open the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Settings » Tab: Basic Settings.
2. Select the option Yes for the setting Activate inventory automation.
3. Save (💾) the settings.

Notes on inventory dependency

• restricted (without reservation): With this setting, the inventory is updated throughout the entire duration of the listing. The listing is ended when sold out and restarted when stock is positive, whereby the eBay ranking is retained.
• unrestricted (with reconciliation): Listings with this option are not automatically ended and restarted.

Avoid duplicate listings

To avoid duplicate listings, wait at least one hour after booking in inventory before manually starting a listing with the GTC function. In addition, for listings with the duration endless (GTC), the Endless Lister function must be deactivated in the Base tab of a market listing.
