The automatic stock reconciliation is possible in PlentyONE for eBay listings that are set with the duration endless (GTC).

Functionality of the stock automation

• Synchronization: The stock is updated every 20 minutes in PlentyONE and transmitted to eBay.
• Automation: The eBay functions End (when sold out) and Relist (when stock is positive) are automatically executed every 15 minutes.
• Ranking: The search ranking of the listing is maintained.
• Update on relisting: When a Relisting is executed, all settings of the listing are reloaded and the listing is set on eBay with the new data.
• Manual update: To update other data such as description or price, you must manually execute the eBay function Update in PlentyONE.

Have listings captured by the stock automation

The stock automation captures all listings with the stock dependency restricted (without reservation) or unrestricted (with reconciliation).

To display the listings captured by the stock automation in the menu Sales Channels » Active Listings, use the following filters:

• Duration: endless (GTC)
• Relisted: No
• Stock dependency: restricted (without reservation)

All listings that match these filters (non-relisted endless listings with restriction without reservation) are ended, updated, or restarted by the stock automation according to the current net stock.
