You can activate the inventory automation for GTC listings (fixed price listings that automatically relist) in the Basic Settings tab.

Inventory Automation (GTC Listings)

• Yes: When choosing the stock dependency limited (without reservation) in the listing, the quantity is updated when stock changes. When sold out, the listing is ended and relisted when new stock arrives, while maintaining the eBay ranking.
  • Tip for time-limited listings: For listings with a fixed duration (e.g. 7 days), you must manually find, select and relist ended listings early using the group function with the action End and relist to retain the ranking.
• No: No automatic inventory synchronization takes place.

"Out of Stock" Option

You make this setting in the Account Settings.

• Yes: Listings are not ended when an item is out of stock. The listing remains visible but is not purchasable. The sales history is retained.
  • Requirement: Additionally, the Inventory Automation must be activated in the Basic Settings tab.
  • Priority: This setting takes precedence over the setting End listings automatically.
• No: Listings are ended when an item is out of stock.
